Frequently asked questions.

Do I need a deposit to make a consultation?

Deposits are not required for consultations, but are necessary to book tattoo time. Every piece requires a nonrefundable $100 deposit which will be used towards the final cost of your tattoo. If the tattoo takes multiple sessions, it will be taken off of the final session.

Will I lose my deposit if I need to reschedule? What is your cancellation policy?

You can transfer your deposit if you need to reschedule, or if I need to reschedule. However, if you no call/no show your deposit will be used to recover the lost time for myself and a new one will be required to rebook. In addition, if you have more than one last minute reschedules the deposit will be forfeited and another will be required to rebook. If you are a regular client that I don’t normally take deposits from but have persistent reschedules I will begin to take deposits to book again. Please remember when rescheduling that it is very difficult for me to fill spots with less than a week’s notice. I can only work two days a week to support my son and I so just be courteous and I’ll do the same!

Can I bring guests with me to my appointment?

You can bring one guest to your tattoo appointment, but preferably only for smaller pieces. Having someone sit around for hours at a time waiting for us to be done is not conducive for making great artwork- people tend to get restless and it can make it uncomfortable for everyone.

Do you send drawings ahead of time so I can look them over?

I do not. All drawings may be viewed at the time of your appointment, but I make sure at every appointment that we have ample time to make changes. Please keep in mind that the more details you give me to work with will lend to a smoother drawing process with less adjustments at the time of the appointment. That being said, I will never be offended by suggestions to change the artwork or try to talk you into getting a specific design so please feel comfortable to request any kind of change! I will, however, vocalize anything I see that I believe will help your tattoo age and/or read better.

Do you ever work weekends?

Unfortunately I am currently only available on Thursdays and Fridays, but I can work mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
